Weaver who is spinning me
a different set of wings −
the kind which sends my heart aloft
and makes my spirit sing.
Give me grace to wait upon
the price that it will cost −
for fabric which is made of dreams
cannot be cheaply bought.
I want to glide untethered by
the weight of hind’ring things,
so teach me how to feed upon
just what the Spirit brings.
“Listen close to deep within
and find My sweet supply.
Let Me be your rich resource −
your nourishment to fly.”
In the story Dragonfly Denny, Denny learns how to hear with her heart, develop her spirit, and “dream an impossible dream which only a King can supply.” Click on the image to read for yourself.
